This workshop is part of our Gestalt Summer School which you can join and get a taste of Gestalt work. At the end of the Workshop I will offer  half an hour for questions regarding the next international training. Self-experience leads to better contact with oneself and others and raises awareness of self-management processes. Based on self-awareness, we explore our inner tensions, conflicts and unfinished business and work on it with psychodramatic methods.
