The four-year group process brings personal issues to the fore, which can be worked on as part of the training.

The structure of the program enables holistic learning—from self-awareness and working on your own issues to theoretical reflection and the teaching and acquisition of theory, including clinical knowledge and practice.

The groups work together to develop a supportive framework for their own professional development that extends beyond the training period.

The training is recognised by the DVG umbrella organisation and is based on their standards.
