The way we choose to share them shapes the depth and richness of our encounters with others, and also the quality of the relationship we cultivate with ourselves. What does it mean not to speak about ourselves, but to speak from within?
What allows a story to be spoken as though it were being born in that very moment? When this happens, the one who speaks lives it again in the unfolding—feeling its textures, its movements, its emotions. Those who listen do not simply hear words; they become witnesses to an inner becoming. In that shared space, speaker and listener meet in a singular way—person to person, presence to presence.

In our workshop, we open a space in which new pathways of sharing and listening may emerge—attentive, tender, and alive.
