This year-long group is intended for people who have experienced forced migration from Ukraine and are currently in a process of adapting to life in a new country. The group is designed for those who wish to strengthen their inner stability, better understand their responses to profound life changes, and develop personal resources for living in the present moment.

The group is suitable for people who:

• are facing adjustment-related and life challenges in the context of migration,

• experience loss, fear, inner tension, or feelings of alienation,

• encounter difficulties in relationships and communication,

• feel emotionally exhausted or notice signs of burnout,

• are interested in deep self-experience and personal development.

The group work is based on the Gestalt approach, with a focus on mindfulness, contact, and embodied experience. Within a safe and supportive setting, participants are given the opportunity to explore their own feelings, relational patterns, and personal boundaries, as well as to develop new forms of self-support and inner orientation.
The group is conceived as a year-long group. Regular participation is required in order to support the continuity and depth of the group process.
This group does not constitute psychotherapeutic or medical treatment.
