This ongoing annual group is intended for people with migration experience from Ukraine who are currently navigating a process of arrival and orientation in a new country. The group invites participants to reflect on personal experiences, explore individual resources, and engage consciously with current life changes.

The group is suitable for people who:

• are dealing with challenges of adaptation and reorientation in the context of migration,

• wish to reflect on experiences of loss, uncertainty, or inner tension,

• are interested in better understanding their relationships and communication patterns,

• wish to explore questions of exhaustion, boundaries, and self-care,

• are interested in self-experience and personal development.

The group work is informed by the Gestalt approach, with a focus on mindfulness, contact, and embodied experience. Within a protected group setting, participants are offered space for shared reflection, exchange, and the exploration of new forms of self-support and inner orientation.

The group is conceived as a year-long group. Regular participation is required to support continuity within the group process.
This is a self-experience group and does not constitute psychotherapeutic or medical treatment.
