This introductory workshop is especially suitable for those who are curious about Gestalt. We will explore some of the distinctive features and foundations that particularly shape the Gestalt approach and its work in therapy or coaching.

The one-day workshop offers a good mix of personal experience, theoretical introduction, and practical “taster” of Gestalt work. You can take away some inspiration for yourself or for your existing work with clients in a wide range of contexts, and gain a first impression of our further training programs in Gestalt therapy or coaching. If you are interested in expanding your Gestalt experience after this, you will find several opportunities for deeper exploration as part of the Gestalt summer school.

Alex Neumann is one of the trainers at our institute. She has been working as a Gestalt therapist in private practice (London and Berlin) since 2013 and has also worked for many years as a coach in corporate settings and as a supervisor.
