4 year advanced training in Gestalt therapy

with practice sessions in mindfulness practice
Psychological and social problems are often resulting from of a lack of good contact and nurturing relationships. Gestalt therapy devotes its attention to these disorders and examines the interpersonal events that have become dysfunctional and cause suffering. The therapeutic relationship is seen as an essential factor of healing. In this relational space, the self-healing powers are activated by stimulating the client’s conscious awareness of feelings, sensations, behaviors, and attitudes, and by inviting to experiment with new possibilities. The goal of Gestalt therapy is to help people achieve the ability to establish contact and relationship skills, self-determination and responsibility, and to strengthen their self.

This process can also be seen as an aesthetic one – beauty expresses an inner coherence with what is felt as a deep personal truth that has an effect beyond the moment of experience. We usually consider things that we have experienced both sensually and coherently to be touching, liberating, meaningful and strengthening. Therefore, in our workshops we offer learning through sensual experience in creative processes of self-exploration and engagement with others.
